Salary and Benefits

This position is in Salary Grade 722, with a minimum starting salary of $60,877 per annum. The successful candidate’s salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. This position is eligible for full-time fringe benefits package.

General Description

Northeast Community College, a Top 10 Nationally Ranked Community College located in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a driven individual to fulfill the role of Associate Director of Learning Technologies and Client Services.
This position is responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing all aspects of Northeast Community College client services systems, processes, applications, and solutions.
Primary focus is the Service Center and the overall quality of technical support, service management, and delivery.
The position hours are generally 8:00am to 5:00pm. However, the successful candidate must be flexible as the position may require availability after hours and on weekends.

Qualifications: Education

Associate degree in technology or other related field required.

Qualification:Experience

Two years of supervisory experience and a minimum of three years in a Help Desk/Service Desk role required.

Qualification:Skills

Leadership and communication skills are crucial for this position.
Candidate must have high client service standards.
Must be able to identify measurable indicators of client service success.
Experience in defining and implementing success strategies for the department.
