Salary and Benefits

This position is in Salary Grade 208, with a minimum starting wage of $14.19 per hour. The successful candidate’s starting wage will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range. This position is eligible for Northeast Community College excellent full-time fringe benefits package.

General Description

Northeast Community College is currently seeking a responsible and dependable individual to fulfill the Residence Life Assistant Overnight position.
The purpose of the Overnight Residence Life Assistant is to provide a safe and secure environment for Northeast Community College resident students. Based at the front desk this position provides customer service and support for residents, students, guests, and staff.

Qualifications: Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year associate degree or one-year office technology certificate preferred.

Qualification:Experience

Requires two to three years experience in a related field.

Qualification:Skills

Requires strong telephone, computer, organizational and communication skills, and ability to work successfully with students and staff, provide courteous customer service, and conform to deadlines.
