General Description

Adjunct teaching position within the Northeast Food Service and Dietary Management Certificate Program. Courses within the program teach concepts related to Food Service Sanitation and Management along with Culinary Math applications. Applicants should be familiar with the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals and knowledgeable of the Dietary Management profession.

Qualifications: Education

Requires a Certified Dietary Manager who has at least 2 years of long-term care experience or equivalent food service experience. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred with experience in teaching adult learners.

Qualification:Experience

The instructor should also be familiar with adult learning principles along with Microsoft Office programs and internet browser tools.
